Q: It can't record/work?
A: Check if the battery is exhausted and charge it in time; Check if the storage space is full and delete some recordings
Q: How do i set up a password?
A: 1. Open the voice recorder, press the "NEXT/PREV" key on the left, find the setting option, press the "Play/Pause" key to confirm. Press the "NEXT/PREV" key, find the "Press-on password" option, and then press the "Play/Pause" key to confirm and open the password settings. The default password is "9999". If you want to change the password, press the "Change passward" key, press the "NEXT/PREV" key to select the number, press the "Play/Pause" key to confirm, enter the four-digit password in turn to confirm and save.
Q: How to start to record and delete unwanted files?
A: Slide the "ON/OFF" key on the right to turn on the voice recorder. Long press the "Record/Save" key for 2 seconds will start recording. When the recording is finished, press "Record/Save" key again for 2s to save the recording and enter the file list after saving. Browse the file, select the file for delete, long press "M" key for 2s to delete the files. Aslo you can use the usb type-c cable connect the recorder with your computer and find the files in your computer and delete it.
Q: How do I connect Bluetooth?
A: Phone mode to connect phone for call recording: Enter the Bluetooth interface, switch Bluetooth to phone mode, turn on the recorder Bluetooth. Turn on the phone's Bluetooth, find the N5_** to pair.
Music mode to connect other bluetooth device for listening: Enter the Bluetooth interface, switch Bluetooth to music mode, turn on the recorder Bluetooth. Press the "PREX/NEXT" key, select "Available device" search for Bluetooth headphones or speakers to connect
Q: I found a recording file when I first used it.

Q: Why I cannot get this recorder to connect to any Bluetooth device?
A: Our recorder device has two different Bluetooth modes, When connecting Bluetooth to a smartphone, please switch to Phone mode (not music mode) to continue. In the second music mode, you can connect to your Bluetooth earphones and Bluetooth speaker to listen to music.
Q: How do you delete on this device the words in the pamphlet is very small i looked at several videos on this device but still don't see how to delete it?
A: Open the recording file you want to delete, long press the "M" key for 2 seconds, then you can delete it.
Q: How to use and exit A-B loop mode?
A: Play the recording interface, press the record save button to start repeating, press the record save button again to end repeating (AB on the screen shows blue to start repeating, AB on the screen shows green to end repeating)
Q: How do i set a password? what should i do if i forget my password?
A: The initial password is"9999" lf you forget the password, use "9999" and longpress "ok" to open the recorder.
Change password: enter the initial password and then press 2 times with changing password.
